1) First and foremost select a free blogging software. A lot of free blogging platforms are available. Blogger is an easy and user friendly software.

2) Sign up and fill the options such as name, age, gmail address, contact details etc.

3) Now the next step is to create a title, domain name and template for your blog. Title and domain name is very important because when people search stuffs in search engines your blog comes up according to your popularity, title and domain name. Select a template most suiting to you. A number of templates are available in blogger.

4) Now click the save option and your blog is created.

HOW TO DELETE A BLOG?

  It is very easy to delete a blog. Just follow these steps-

• First sign into your blogger account.
• Now your blogger dashboard appears which shows the names of the blogs that you have created since sign up.
• To the right side of each blog name there are 3 options- create new post, scroll down option(more options) and view blog.
• Now click the scroll down option of the blog that you wish to delete. It has a number of options listed down such as overview, posts, pages etc. Now scroll down to the bottom most option which is "settings". Click it.
• Settings has 6 options such as Basic, Posts and comments etc. The sixth option is "Other". Click it.
• Now in blog tools there are 3 options- Import blog- Export blog- Delete blog.
• Click delete blog and your blog is deleted.
